September event update, trophy orders and championship festivities
Good afternoon Northeast GT,
We have 20 teams signed up for the event, with a few more expected that have not made it official yet and another small crop of students for the race school as well. Several new and reorganized teams are joining us, which is also great to see. All of our championships are still up for grabs and it is looking like a great event in the making! It’s not too late to sign up and new teams still race for FREE.
Of very important note, the schedules have shifted earlier both days! See the “supps” for details, but the Friday race is running from 6-9 and the Saturday race is running from 11-2. Event information and registration links can be found here: https://www.northeast-gt.com/2025-events/
Our trophies have been a hit this year and some folks have been asking if they can get copies for drivers or crew. We listened, came up with a plan and will be delivering duplicate trophies to our event next week! Interested parties can order them here: https://forms.gle/qyVXfw9oemNUCg8u8 Orders must be in by Monday, 9/15 to ensure delivery to the event. Future orders will be available, but packing and shipping expenses will have to be added.
To help commemorate our great season and all our awesome teams that joined us this year, we will have some food and beverages Saturday afternoon in addition to the awards, so budget about an extra hour post race in your plans.
