THE REGISTRATION Process
For all teams, drivers and crew
REGISTRATION INFO
- For team entries, one team captain will register their team for each event using a team profile. This also applies to teams entering the sprint racing or time attack as a team.
- All drivers and crew will use their personal MSR profile to register themselves for events. This includes all solo sprint and time attack entries.
- Once a year, all drivers and crew also need to sign a Safety Gear Self Tech Form.
- All new and returning drivers need to apply for or update their NEGT license and annual gear waiver HERE. All drivers should update their driving resume in their MSR profile before doing so.

Team Captains (every event)
- Proceed to the desired event page.
- Click “Register now” in the lower right, then select your team profile.
- If you do not have a team profile or need to make a new one, click the “Add another person” button on the right side. Ignore the profile questions that follow. Watch this Team Profile Tutorial to learn more.
- Select “Team Registration”, the days you want to race, then select and input your car information.
- Select any secondary entries to get your double dip discount.
- Select “Flagtronics Rental” and “Annual Tech Fee” if needed. The tech fee includes all series decals, number panel and numbers.
- Proceed to checkout

- Direct your drivers and crew to this page to register as a driver for the event and this one: HERE if they are new to the series or they have not raced yet this year.
Solo Sprint and Time Attack Drivers (every event)
- Proceed to the desired event page.
- Click “Register now” in the lower right, then select your team profile.
- Select “Drivers and Crew”, then select “Driver Registration” or “Crew Registration”, followed by the days you want to compete, then select and input your car information.
- Select any secondary entries to get your double dip discount.
- Select “Flagtronics Rental” and “Annual Tech Fee” if needed.

- Direct any crew to this page and the event registration page
Endurance Drivers and “Over the Wall” Crew, including race school participants (every event)
- Proceed to the desired event page.
- Click “Register now” in the lower right, then if needed select your personal profile.
- Fill in the team name field(driver name if supporting a solo entrant), then click “Drivers and Crew”, then select “Driver Registration” or “Crew Registration”. Drivers select “GT Race School” if desired.

Driver Application and Gear Waiver for Driver and “OTW”Crew (once a year)
- All drivers new for 2026 will need to create or update their MSR profiles and apply for a Northeast GT race, TT or school license.
- “over the wall” crew will need to complete their annual gear self tech waiver.
- Driver and Crew Application Walkthrough
- Go to the Driver/Crew Portal: Membership, License & Waiver.
- The waiver gets done once per calendar year and your NEGT race license will be good for a year from the date received. NEGT race licenses will be automatically renewed for all drivers completing two races a year without incident.
Class Declaration (once a year or after any changes)
- All team captains and car owners need to enter their car information into our online calculator. We will review this entry and provide you with a declaration sheet.
